Initial Comments:
An onsite follow-up survey conducted on March 13, 2022 found that Milton S. Hershey Medical Center had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 494, Subparts A, B, C, and D, Conditions for Coverage of Suppliers of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Services. As a result of the follow-up survey, the condition level citation cited at: 494.30 Infection Control was lifted through full implementation of the approved plan of correction. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey that was completed on January 27, 2022.
